  • STP site is flooded due to overflow from Bahrauli branch drain, (situated near to the site) from 1 month. The current water level at STP site is higher to the HFL, provided by irrigation department. At this situation all works are heavily affected. Not only in present this kind of situation during monsoon will affect the operation and maintenance services in later too. Due to the current scenario of site, we have sent a letter to SDM, Chhata, requesting a new land for construction of STP in this project with all requisite details of the scenario of original project site.

  • Boundary wall construction work is going on at site.
  • Project is slightly delayed due to problem of water logging at STP Site as PWD, Mathura was constructing a culvert on Kosi Drain and due to diversion of drain the water of kosi drain got obstructed. The STP site is located near to the branch drain of kosi drain at upstream side which got over flowed and leading to water logging at STP Site.This hindrance cleared in march 2025 after that work was resumed.
  • Construction of HTS and staff quarter building is in progress at MPS.
The STP site is located on a low lying area near to bahrauli branch drain.Due to overflow of this drain during rainy season, the initial phase of the project got affected.Request had also been made to district administration for alternative land, which got denied later.After that additional provision for flood protective measures has been made and work started accordingly. Communication has been made to other department i.e. PWD/Irrigation for controlling flow in bahrauli branch drain and alternative land had been also requested by district administration ,which got denied.Later flood protective works proposal has been submitted to NMCG,which got in principal approval in Feb-26 and work started accordingly. 01-Oct-2027 01-Sep-2027

There was a delay in the demarcation of the land provided by the District Administration for the project, following which objections were raised by nearby farmers stating that their land had also been included in the land demarcated for the STP, necessitating re-demarcation by the Revenue Department. Further, as the nearby farmers provided soil from their agricultural fields for the construction of the newly developed Delhi–Dehradun Expressway, the land provided for the STP was left in the form of an isolated island, making the construction of any structure impracticable without first constructing a retaining wall. Accordingly, a proposal for construction of the retaining wall was prepared and submitted to NMCG, New Delhi, for approval, and the matter was considered in the 71st meeting of Letters has been written to the District Administration requesting their intervention to resolve the dispute with the nearby farmers. 01-Jul-2027 30-Mar-2027

The land provided by the District Administration for the project was partly occupied by temporary Gaushala structures. All the Gaushala structures were shifted from the allotted project land on 29.10.2024. Further, an 11 kV HT line was passing through the construction site, which caused hindrance to the execution of construction activities.
